Paul Wilcox, AMFT

I received an MA from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Counseling Depth Psychology. The depth orientation spans a multitude of modalities deeply rooted in the work of Carl Jung and James Hillman. I graduated from UC Berkeley with honors in both rhetoric and philosophy. The program was developed by Judith Butler, pioneer of both feminist and queer theory. I am well versed in the knowledge of many fields that complement a practice as a depth psychology therapist. The unique benefit of a mindfulness practice and depth psychology is that it helps the practitioner to discover the answers within oneself. I too have found deep satisfaction from my own journey with therapy and somatic mindfulness. It has positively affected my own self-compassion, love, purpose and stillness within myself.  In these challenging times, when the cacophony of life circumstances causes further anxiety, depression, and confusion, the answers are found in the investigation of oneself. Let’s work together to develop tools and frameworks which help you to reach peace and your highest potential.

Somatics

Become fully present in your body. Unlock your fullest potential by better understanding your intuition and sensing your body.

Mindfulness

Through guided meditation and mentoring you can slow to stillness, find peace, and reconnect with yourself. Learn calming techniques to find ground and stability, be fully present and sleep deeply.

Healing

Allow the abundance of energy in this universe to replenish and heal you. Be your greatest self by releasing the pure flow of energy to visualize the truth inside of you and unblock tension.
